	Submit a Business Plan We have two parallel and important missions: 1) to create new life science companies in the state of Georgia, and (2) to provide a substantial return for our investors. Therefore we seek opportunities that have the prospect of becoming a viable public company or acquisition candidate. We seek entrepreneurs who acknowledge and embrace that venture capital investment requires a liquidity event or exit. Not every company is alike, however. Here's what we look for: Strong entrepreneurial leaders with the ability to attract and lead teams experienced in the commercialization of products. Proprietary products with protected intellectual property and the potential to achieve rapid growth while sustaining high gross margins. Large and growing markets that can be tapped by an entrepreneurial enterprise. We welcome business plans and ideas from entrepreneurs throughout the state of Georgia. We also actively seek proposals from university technology transfer officers in our region. All information that we receive is treated in strict confidence.
